Jenn Collins
Technical Program Manager - Encamp
Tracy Barnes is a Site Assessment and Management (SAM) professional in Environmental Services for the Indiana Department of Transportation, supporting INDOT in hazardous waste management and more. With 30+ years of experience, she previously served as RCRA/Land specialist for CTAP and is skilled in waste characterization, storage, and disposal. Barnes has worked with various industrial wastes and holds a B.S. in Biology from Purdue and a Certificate in Public Management from Indiana University.
Prior to joining Encamp, Jennifer served as Manager of the Pollution Prevention and Compliance Assistance program in the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEM) Office of Program Support which houses both the Compliance and Technical Assistance Program and the Pollution Prevention programs. She worked with IDEM for 18 years.
